Limited to 1 Boots item.

Requires completion of the Mid Lane Role Quest to obtain. Once the quest is completed, Plated Steelcaps is upgraded into this item for free. If Plated Steelcaps is in the inventory at the time of quest completion, it is automatically upgraded into these boots.
